Apart from Turkey, Saudi Arabia suffered the most fatalities in the Istanbul New Year attack.
Among the seven Saudis killed were Mohammed and Ahmed Saud Al Fadl, 24-year-old twins who were treating themselves to a trip to the Turkish city after graduating from university. Their mother was too grief-stricken to accept condolences at her house.
Lubna Ghaznawi, 24, was on holiday with two friends. One of the friends, Nura Badrawi, died later from her injuries, Lubna's sister told Saudi Gazette.
Shahad Samman, 26, was an aspiring lawyer. In her last tweet before her death she said: "I hope your new year is free of pain and woes."
Wissam Al Jifri, 48, was a businessman with interests in Dubai and Turkey. He had gone to Istanbul to buy a house and was in one of Reina's restaurants with his wife and young son when he was killed.
The seventh victim has not been identified.
